Walpole Woodworkers was sold to a private equity group in 2019. Since then their service is awful. I spent a lot of money on a gate for my home and I cannot get them to respond to calls and emails for service that Im willing to pay for. Nice products but it seems they are all about the expensive sale and short term profit. Avoid

We had a Quivett Cape assembled on our property by Walpole in June 2021. The shed itself is functional and solid. However, I would caution any purchaser against using Walpole to purchase/assemble/install. Our salesman, Mike Bevilacqua, never came to our location, never asked about roofing materials, did the bare minimum. He couldn't have been more disinterested or unhelpful. The folks at Pine Harbor were much more knowledgeable and responsive. The first time it rained, we had water seeping in, I reached out to Walpole Norwell several times to have them caulk. To our knowledge, no one ever showed up and we still have seepage. A strong Nor'easter just hit our area, and a large section of the shingles blew off down to the bare wood. In addition, the entire edge of the shingled roof can be lifted up by hand. I'm not sure the shingles were ever installed properly-it's like a cosmetic roof, not a functional roof. I reached out to Mike and was flatly told they don't repair roofs. We are in the process of having our brand new shed re-roofed. Bottom line, if we were to purchase another shed, we'd deal directly with Pine Harbor and have our own contractor build the shed. We have used Walpole Outdoors before with good results, but for the premium Walpole charges, our shed experience has been a disappointment to say the least.

After my Yelp message WO responded and the team came by my home today to correct the issue, sorry it came to this, but at least it looks like we got to a good place.

Met the agent at my home on a Saturday am for a fence. Measured, went over options. Three weeks later and still no quote. Called them twice and each time was told it was coming. I would not waste my time calling them. Even if Covid is causing a back up, they should be more honest that they cannot keep up.
