        My master insurance is with Brownstone. After a claim where the home was destroyed by fire/water they paid contractor so slowly work took twice as long. They refusing to pay for code cost associated and in no way not in policy. Buyer beware. I may have to learn from Katherine and take this to the state insurance board.

        Brownstone refused to pay a damage claim after snow damaged a roof that was only 7 years old. They are forcing me to escalate this claim to the state insurance board to be reimbursed. Buyer beware - getting a policy with Brownstone and you might not be protected in case of a loss.
