After dealing with online quotes I figured why not give a local agent a shot hopefully they have more options and are more helpful. Apparently it seems that the local agent either has too much business or just picks and choses who they respond to. Called the norwell office and i end up with the " sorry its a long weekend no one is here" . how about you take my info and have someone get back to me? ok .. so i call again and i end up with someone in the dartmouth office (didnt know they had one till i got the quote). quote was quite high. so i emailed to see they have any other options (only reason i thought agents were useful... the ability to look at multiple insurances not just one) , no reply no answer after a week. long story short stick with online quotes and go by price since local agents ( i live in norwell) dont have any added benefits. amusingly the guy did ask if i wanted to include home and other items i had and im like lets see how the cars works out first lol guess not. This reveiw is for those that question like i did about a local agent vs online. online =1 , local agent = 0

Julie has been most helpful with a number of questions. She assisted us with the transfer of some family license plates that went very smoothly and no visit to the registry! You never want to use your insurance but GA seems to have positioned us well.
