As I made my commitment to working with Leslie I anticipated learning facts and statistics about foods that would help me improve my health and digestive issues. What I didn't expect however, was beginning each session with aroma therapy and a guided meditation! This delightful experience helped me relax into our sessions and address the ways in which I allow stress to unconsciously drive my eating thus sabotaging my health. Thank you Leslie!!

Leslie has a unique gift of educating youth and families on the importance of creating a healthy lifestyle through the her passion of cooking. She provides opportunity for children to explore new foods and flavors while learning new skills in the kitchen. Our girls loved have loved independently recreating her recipes using whole foods.

Working with Leslie as my health coach has been amazing! She holds me accountable in a comfortable, non-judgmental way. When we talk during our meeting time she knows exactly what we talked about the last time, she is always prepared and always has new ideas and ways to change up things up if needed. If she says that she is going to send me a new recipe or a link to some fabulous article... she does it... every time! Her zest for life and her passion for healthy living is contagious...
