Petal and Root

There aren't enough words to describe how much of a joy it was to work with Cara for my wedding flowers. She was responsive, personable, flexible, and creative. I struggled to find the words to describe what I wanted on my wedding day, but Cara was able to talk me through it and come up with an a beautiful plan that felt like it was somehow taken directly from my imagination. On my actual wedding day, my jaw was constantly on the floor. She somehow blew my expectations (which were already high!) out of the water - I was absolutely floored. She did such an incredible job and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Guests couldn't stop complimenting her work - I only wish she was there to hear it all!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Cara. She was such a joy to work with and so beautifully brought my vision to life on my wedding day. I did extensive research before selecting a florist and absolutely landed on the best one possible! Cara is professional, responsive, kind, creative, and all things wonderful that you hope for in a florist! I wish I had more excuses to work with her, but I'm so grateful we were able to on our wedding day.

Petal and Root/Cara did the florals for our wedding and they were absolutely STUNNING. Her work and communication from day one through our wedding was extremely professional and friendly. Even though we had a hard time describing what we wanted for florals, Cara absolutely nailed the vision. Additionally, we mentioned wanting a special flower to honor my mom, and she really listened and incorporated the flower in several places in a way that made the florals extra special. When it rained the day of our wedding and we needed to move the hanging floral installation into a tent, Cara and her team worked tirelessly to make the installation work in a new space. When we saw the flowers on the day of our wedding, they were even more beautiful than we imagined. We were extremely happy with all of Cara's work and our guests raved about her floral designs. We would HIGHLY recommend Petal and Root for any wedding or special event!
