        It all started great; we needed new duck splits, and they had an opening on their calendar they wanted to fill, so they gave us a discount for us to move fast. We qualified for the MassSave program 0% loan and made it clear from day 1 that we needed that to afford it. They said yes, sign, pay, and you can apply afterward. The tech team came and did a great job; they were really nice, explained, and gave us advice... And then came troubles, Nick was hard to get ahold of, sent me the invoice instead of the updated estimate like asked multiple times, told me to submit the invoice even though I told him that MassSave would only take the estimate. He insisted which led us to be denied from the program. In the meantime we had all the charges on our CC with obviously a high interest rate. Nick went MIA for weeks. After 4 weeks of tracking him down I went to his supervisor that was able to offer a 6 years 0% loan but obviously by then we had found another solution. No compensation proposed for all the mistakes made and poor communication . On top they do not even follow up to finish some of the work discussed! Disappointing....

        Michael our technician was very knowledgeable on our system and had answers to all my questions. He was very friendly and gave me a good overview of our system with recommendations. Our experience with Blue Bear was excellent. The pricing seems high for the recommended service items. May be standard but I will evaluate the proposal . Thank you
