        This is a first time experience buying a pool. I was told they couldnt install the pool because I didnt buy it through through them therefore they couldnt warranty the product ( or make a profit) from where I purchased the pool from.

        $553 to close an in ground pool with no chemicals included is highway robbery. MCM was great when they were privately owned. Now MCM is owned by a corporation and they are price gouging. Look for pool service elsewherepool owners beware of MCM.
