My wife and I wanted to purchase a second home and we called Ron for help in finding what any realtor would find a trying circumstance. We wanted an old but not too old home with land but not too much or too little land and in great shape all for as little money as possible. Parameters were good but we were vague in design, etc. Ron stuck with us and though we knew the agent works for the seller he would advise us not to purchase for things not all that evident. Ron is both patient and persistent and we found our house a tad above our preferred price range but in great shape so much so it didn't need anything prior to moving in. We recommend Ron to any and all selling or buying his advice was great and while we knew he worked for the seller we also knew he worked for us from begining to end.

Ron did an amazing job selling my home in 2015. His strategies were simple and timeless, but they were perfectly applied to a situation that was challenging and very niche.
