        The first few companies I called either didn't answer, or they were doing large projects unavailable for real-time emergencies. They were kind, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend. Service: Toilet repair

        Company is a joke! Charged my wife $273 ($99 introductory rate + freon charge) for a half hour of work while I was away on business. Called them back as what they had fixed didnt solve the problem. Now theyre saying to do the job correctly will cost $800-900 plus the cost of another freon charge. Dispatchers are abrasive as hell and service tech is defensive whilst offering nothing to remedy bad work. Steer clear!

      We were asked to add freon. We also gave them a $99 maintenance. We also made sure it was running before we left. The service call was a month ago. If there was any other issues you should have called us and let us know not a month us know so we could have looked more into your problem. Once again it was working when we left.
