took 2 hours for just dip, my nails are uneven and you can see under the polish, half of them look like they don;t have top coat on them, so much wrong here for the money I had to pay for them

The family does an excellent job on pedicures and manicures. They take their time and do a thorough job. They are all very friendly and caring.

-Cleanliness The place is disorganized. It wasnt cosmetically pleasing to the eye. When I was looking for the color, the samples were just thrown on a dirty desk. -Professionalism It was not professional at all. I am not one to be annoyed by kids. But when I go to a place like a nail spa, you bet I go there to relax. They had their kids there making a ruckus and I totally get that now a days it is difficult to afford a sitter. But I would never bring my child to my work place and disturb my clients while they are trying to relax. Another thing was that I couldnt understand the lady that did my nails. She gave me a price and I wasnt hearing clearly because of her accent and the mask muffled her words so I asked the price multiple times because I was trying to make sure I was getting it right. And I think it was her husband who got annoyed and raised his voice at me saying the price in an annoyed unprofessional manner. - Overall results of the nails. My cuticles are messed up, and are more harmed than properly removed. But she did a wonderful job with the polish application.
