Norton Florist

Very disappointed with my order! I ordered from Norton Florist but the flowers got delivered by Bella Mia from Norwood, and the flowers did not resemble the ones on website at all. I believe the price should have been adjusted if they dont deliver what is ordered.

Don't order from here. I ordered online for same day delivery and not only is it not coming from the same company I got a call from them saying they can't deliver it (even though I ordered before 2pm) unless they charged me an additional 40$ because the driver was already in my area and the system "shouldn't have taken my order". Not the best way to conduct business.

These people are amazing in these times or pandemic. They have to sub flowers and vases but its ok so many florist closing I can always rely on great service and beautiful flowers. Thank you Norton florist/ a Bella mia. At least we know what to expect its all over your web sites. Marie and staff are great.

On December 21, I ordered an arrangement shown on your web site, it was white roses and white lilies It was $125. I understand it was your busy time of year and not everything is available however the arrangement delivered to my daughter was white it had 4 roses in it and some other white flowers mums or carnations. When I saw a picture of it I was very disappointed. If substitutions are made the price should be adjusted accordingly. The final bill was 148.69, to me it was a $35 to $40 arrangement, but I wouldn't buy it at any price.! PS: When I tried numerous times to call I only got a busy signal. And I gave you 1 star because it was the only way to send this post.
