I lived there for 3 years, happy to have moved on. Rent goes up hundreds of dollars each year (was told by prop manager that it was so they could get to market value and make up from the COVID years). Maintenance staff is always swamped. The parking is a disaster, there are not enough spots for all the residents. Grounds used to be kept pretty well manicured, and then it dropped off. I had a major issue with a tenant (loud parties every night, would leave their alcohol bottles at my door, harassing and threatening me) and property management did little to nothing to stop it or mitigate. I was told to contact NPD for it. The water is always brown and when I brought this to their attention, I was told to contact the town about it. The property management team is very disorganized, could be due to turnover. The building I lived in, had stained carpets, mold and stunk like mold and mildew. The flood lights also never came on when the building would lose power. I moved out in early July and had issues with being charged for all of July and also was charged for August, it took weeks to get this sorted out. When it came time to return what was owed to me(rent & security deposit) they mailed the check on 04 Aug 2023 to the East main address instead of my current address(which I supplied to them) They never apologized for it, they just said they would check with the "office" about it. The original check finally made it to my current address today 30 Aug 2023, after many back and forth emails, property mang confirmed the new check went in the mail yesterday 29Aug 2023. Overall, experience was okay.

Havent had clean water in this place since I moved in over a year ago. Way over priced and not worth it. They always say theyre going to fix it but never do. Would not recommend.

If you're considering renting this apartment, please take a moment to read about our experience during our year of living here before making a decision. On December 19th, 2022, at 1:10 am, we discovered that there was no warm air or hot water in the apartment, despite the 5-degree Celsius weather. We called emergency maintenance and were told someone would arrive within an hour. We called again at 2:11 am and were told to wait as the technician would arrive soon. At 2:42 am, the manager called and asked if it needed to be repaired that night, to which we replied no because of the time, and they informed us it would be fixed the next morning. At 3:40 am, the maintenance person called to ask if they could come for repairs in the morning, and we agreed. The next morning, at 10 am, the technician arrived and fixed the issue. However, this was only the beginning of our nightmare. On January 10th, 2023, at 1 am, the heater broke down again, leaving us with no hot water or air in the 0-degree temperature weather. Luckily, we had an electric blanket, and we relied on it to survive the night. At 2 pm, the technician arrived and attempted to fix the heater. Unfortunately, by 4 pm, we found that the heater was completely broken and reported it for further repairs. On January 11th, a plumber came in to replace the heater. However, in the following week, we discovered that the water temperature fluctuated rapidly during showers, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 65 degrees Celsius within 10 seconds. Despite several repairs, the problem persisted. On January 18th, we reported the water temperature issue, and on January 19th, the technician came in to repair it. However, at 1 am on January 20th, the heater broke down again, leaving us with extremely hot and cold water. As it was a Friday, we had to wait until the following week for repairs. On January 24th, two groups of repairmen came in but were unable to fix the issue and informed us that an advanced technician would arrive the next day. On January 25th, the advanced technician arrived and informed us that the heater was fixed. However, the water still fluctuated in temperature, although less rapidly than before. We decided to stop bothering with repairs and just dealt with the issue until the weather became warmer. If you're planning to live in this apartment during winter, it's strongly recommended that you prepare an electric blanket and a heater in case of breakdowns. Additionally, the water quality here is very poor, with a significant amount of red substances, and we've received water quality warning letters from Norton Town advising against drinking the water directly. As there's no elevator, we carry two boxes of drinking water from Costco every week to the third floor, and you should consider this as well.
