Very poor experience with the facility director Willy. Been calling since February... they were paid for visits and they also charged/were paid by insurance. Been asking for refund/resolution with no luck. Was told that 584 patients are also calling with the same issue, they are â€œoverwhelmedâ€ and canâ€™t help. Will be filing complaint with the state.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff of the norton health care center over the past year or so. I look forward to meeting my doctor each month to share my progress. The doctors are very down to earth and understanding. Happy to have found them. - Mike D

I can't say enough about the staff and Doctors. They stay by your side Night and Day and are always ready to help. This is the place to go if you want to get well. Dr A and his staff are excellent and very caring....âœŒ
