        Completely a joke. Asked them not to go on property and they trespass and then bill me for grass seed after our agreement was done and paid for in full.

        Having used Northborough/ Curtis septic for years for pump outs and title 5 inspection I belive their the best most competent septic services provider in the whole area.

        Northboro/Curtis Septic has now bailed us out two times. First time we had moved into our property without knowledge of being on septic, not sewer, and found out the hard way. The good news was it ruined an ugly Amazon carpet my wife hated. They came out as soon as they could to pump it out and then a short time after to do the Title V inspection that was supposed to have occurred when we bought the place. Two years later, we were due for a pumping in a few weeks but should have scheduled earlier given our extra time at home in the pandemic. Our daughter's birthday party set the system over the edge. I was part of the Monday morning rush to ask for emergency pumping, and Christina (sp?) was able to quickly arrange for Bob to come out the same day. Despite a full schedule today, Bob came out sooner than expected and made quick work of pumping and unclogging the tank, sharing his review of its state. Overall, very courteous and tremendous service! Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

      Hi Shawn, Unfortunately, we will have to go over this again. Your system was installed in May of 2022. Your contract with us for the septic installation included a raking and seeding service. A member of our office staff discussed scheduling this service with you and the addition of topsoil. We have several recorded phone calls in which you agreed to this service and the remaining balance was explained to you in detail. You said multiple times that you would bring down a cash payment for the balance, which was never done. At no point did you ask us not to go onto the property. Additional topsoil was delivered and spread, and the area was raked and seeded, per our contract with you and payment was never made. We made several attempts to collect this balance and you made it very clear that you were refusing to pay. We have since been through the small claims process and the judge has ruled in our favor based on the evidence provided. Following this judgment in May 2023, we have had 2 payment review follow-ups with the small claims court, and you have paid only 5% of the balance due to date.
