        09/02 we had an appointment with a hygienist, he did cleaning for my daughter. First of all, after that we found out that one bracket was detached from a tooth. We asked to help to install it back but he refused to. Second,he stained her sweatshirt with blood. Third, and most important, especially now, he gave my daughter a bag with some teeth supplies. But teeth brush was used! How is it possible? It's so unsafe and dirty! It was an awful experience with this hygienist. Pictures of tooth brush I attached below.I sent them email but didn't get a response. The next day, I called them to check if they received my email. They confirmed that, but still didn't contact with me at all.

        The staff is caring and always ready to put you at ease. Dr V and Lydia are wonderful in taking care of me. I have been a patient of his for 5 years and highly recommend him.

        Was not happy here. Was not pleased with the environment or the service. Very out dated and not the professional environment that one would hope for where someone is diving into your mouth with tools. No privacy open work area. Not the best place for kids
