        Terrible customer service. Reps act like your annoying then when your asking questions. This place will do nothing to help you, they only do specifically what was paid for. They don't tell you to keep your otterbox or your otterbox screen protector. Just another business that'll be phased out anytime. I called to ask for my broken screen protector and was told they don't keep anything unless requested then proceeded to hang up on me...

        Only issue I had was the closest location to my home was an hour away but that's still better than having to go through a full phone replacement. Technician was helpful and friendly. Thanks for the help!

        UPDATE: I called the number provided in the owner response below and spoke with Seth who told me nothing could be done for me. Do not let their quick response fool you into thinking they're helping anyone. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVISE HERE unless you want it broken with no recourse from the company. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. This location performed 2 faulty screen repairs to my Google Pixel and is asking me to allow them to "repair" it a third time before refunding the "repair" or replacing my device. It takes 6 hrs each "repair". No thank you UBreakifix. You're not wasting anymore of my time on what should have been a standard repair. I had been speaking with a rep called Erin L. After being ghosted for days, I was forced into initiating a charge back with my credit card . She told me the store could prove they performed the repair so my charge back wouldn't be approved and I now voided my warranty so they will do nothing. Absolutely unscrupulous behavior.
