Responding to the owner's response below mine: 1) The door was not open. I entered and it was closed. Also, bleach does not dissipate that quickly, and there was no bleach smell in the hallway. There was however, a slight smell of cleaner on the floor and in the one bathroom, which I mentioned in my review. If a less-strong cleaner can be detected, I would expect, BLEACH, to also be detected. 2) A home being "cleaned" during a "move-in cleaning" is not an excuse for the crumbs on the floor, food in the refrigerator and freezer, grime and goo on the shelves, and hair shavings stuck inside medicine cabinets with product stickers. You are supposed to sanitize which would have removed everything I mentioned that was still there. 3) You not even wanting to SEE the home to verify if the sanitation had occurred shows your unprofessionalism, as everyone makes mistakes. Had you actually sanitized, you would be ADAMANT to see what I was seeing because you would have known what you cleaned. But you did not want to see because you know you did not clean. 4) You doxing my home location shows your unprofessionalism. 5) You lying shows your unprofessionalism. 6) Do not use this company if you respect your hard earned dollars and respect your privacy. Original Review: Wish I had the same experience as everyone else. I chose this team because of all of the 5 star reviews. The job should have been easy - simply clean a home prior to move-in. This includes cleaning out the appliances, bathroom sanitation, wiping cabinets, sweeping/washing floors, cleaning shelving and handles, as advertised... essentially the home was cleared out, just sanitize it and wipe any old residue away. I wasn't going to write this review, but the more I've been cleaning my new space MYSELF, the more upset I am getting. Not only did the house NOT smell of the clorox I was told would be used... (or any cleaning supplies besides on the floor and in ONE of the TWO bathrooms) but there was STILL old food smears in the fridge, food crumbs piled in the freezer... there were crumbs in the corners on the kitchen floors (that the cleaners were mopping as I walked in, that I now feel was staged...) brown goo all over the closet shelves where seasonings and old food was stored, brown stuff in the bathroom cabinets (along with small hair shavings and an old product STICKER stuck on the inside of one of the bathroom cabinets... I mean seriously... this would have been removed if ANYONE opened the door and ACTUALLY attempted to clean it... The very next day after the cleaning, the owner asked how I liked the service and I told her flat out, but politely, that it didn't smell like the cleaners did anything and was told "oh no, they did - I was there" when I was previously told that she would NOT be there while they cleaned... AND when I went to inspect it before the cleaners left she was NOT there... My thing is... why lie. I am not stupid. I see the crumbs, I see the food, I smell the NON-cleaning supplies used... When I told her that I didn't think anything was done, she did not seem concerned (granted communication was over text) NOR did she offer to come in to inspect the space for herself. I've worked with other companies before that stand by their product and would want to SEE the issues for themselves, not just say "No, it was done." But I'm not interested in arguing, so I told her "okay I'll take your word for it" knowing that it was absolutely not cleaned and I would not be getting my $275 worth of service. I did not ask for a refund - people who don't stand by their work, or bother to inspect with the customer, in the space TOGETHER for transparency and accuracy, will also not be the kind to entertain refunds - I know this well by now in my 38 years of life. I will say that it's a shame because I expected great service based on their reviews, and was going to be setting up bi-weekly cleanings. So they essentially fumbled thousands of future earnings, for a measly $275.

I hired AKM to clean our new house before we moved in and they were amazing. The house was fresh and spotless, the workers were polite and did the job quickly. I would definitely recommend them. Service: Moving-related cleaning

I chose these guys because they had good reviews and they absolutely didn't disappoint! Ruth sent a small team to clean our house and was done in a few hours. This is my first time ever using professional cleaning services, but I'd say they went above and beyond what I had expected. For sure recommended

I recently had severe water damage in my house - 50% needed to be redone. After finishing I called AKM and them came to do a deep cleaning for me. The people who came were super professional, answered all my questions, very respectful, easy going and ready to work with me. Ruth was also an example of total professionalism on the phone. She answered all questions clearly and completely. She assured me that all will be taken care of. I cam home later that day to a house completely clean and immaculate!! It was spectacular to walk in to a house completely clear of paster. I had contemplated doing it myself, but never would I have EVER achieved the level of clean that these ladies did! I will use them again in a heart beat!!! Check them out!!! It will be well worth your time!! Service: Deep clean
