Had an issue with my hot water heater and Bill was able to stop by my house within 30 minutes of me calling. Really nice guy, very reasonably priced and extremely honest. When I told him what was wrong with our system he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and find a quick solution, all despite the fact that he said he's never seen this type of issue in his over 30 years in the business. He's officially got me as a customer for as long as I am in the area.

Best plumber for miles. Honest, fair, affordable, and kind. We need to clone him, he's the best and so he is really busy.

I had a radiator that was leaking water into the basement from a joint. I called Bill because of his positive reviews and he came over, disconnected it, seemed confused, went for a part, returned, and finally left, promising to return the next day. He left the radiator disconnected and even left one of his tools behind so I was sure he'd return. He never came back, and never called back, even after I called him several times and left polite messages over the course of the next week. I even let him off the hook, like "hey, no problem if you don't know how to fix this one, but can you tell me what you did so I can tell someone else?" No response. Ghosted me. Bill was a nice guy, and he did succeed in stopping the leak, in the sense that he disconnected the radiator. But I still have this problem unfixed and it's getting cold. I just had it looked at by someone from Richard's and they seemed baffled by how he left it. They said fixing it from how it is now will be "a project" - and said "he didn't leave you with much [pipe to reconnect]." This was not a good experience and I can't recommend Bill's services. I am disappointed since he had generally positive reviews and I didn't see this coming. (I will note, though, that someone else described a similar "ghosting" experience with him in one of the "not currently recommended" reviews. Wish I'd seen it before.)

I found bill on the internet. Called him for a small repair - replace outdoor faucet. He came within a couple of hours and replaced it. Professional, competent and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

He's supposed to be great, but I called twice and left messages.  I also got his cell number from a neighbor and texted him.  I never heard back at all.  Maybe he doesn't need any more business right now?  Disappointing, in any case, given his good reputation.
