My business with Attorney Mintz involved a civil matter that he guided to a favorable out-of-court-settlement. I found him to be patient and knowledgeable as well as very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, I appreciated his willingness to share his thoughts on what he would do if in my shoes. Not everyone is willing to do that and often professionals shy away from giving direct opinions. It was very much welcome. I would certainly send business his way if anyone I know is ever in need and feel confident that he would give them honest, transparent, sound advice.
