Bob responded to my inquiry about fixing the leaky gasket around our precast bulkhead right away. After texting him some pictures of the problem he sent a very fair written estimate. Two weeks later the job is done. Matt, who works for Bob, came out to do the repair. Matt answered every question clearly and completely. He showed me how they would solve the leak before digging into the repair. The solution is pretty ingenious (hydraulic cement and urethane), and my family now feels double-covered as he fixed it inside and out. No surprises or extra charges, and my family has a life-of-the-house guarantee on these repairs. Our slow leak has been a problem for about ten years. We just wish that we found Bob's company sooner.
