Alise - thank you!! My fianc and I were first timers in the home buying market, wanting to explore areas outside of the downtown Boston area. Alise was incredible in helping ease any of our anxieties about the entire process of looking for our first home, especially during a time when homes were going for way over asking, with little to no contingencies and we were not in the space to be able to necessarily compete with that. I felt like Alise knew what we wanted before we even did. She helped us narrow down suburbs outside of Boston (my fiance and I are both not from the area). Alise was pivotal in helping us find our first home, trying to also find creative ways to get us a competitive advantage for the homes we decided to put an offer on. I had heard from my friends horror stories of putting down 20+ offers during this time, and we only needed to put down 3 (losing only to all cash offers or no contingency offers). Alise always made sure we were comfortable in every step of the process, spending extra time explaining the process of homebuying, different and creative negotiation strategies, etc. She was clear with the expectations set, and made sure that we didnt compromise on our priorities, budget, and the need for contingencies. Her goal was always to find us a home that we would feel comfortable in for years to come, not for a quick sale. Throughout the process, there were no surprises thanks to Alise. I was even in Mexico on a trip during our inspection, and she was there with my fianc walking through the house as well and then looping me in after. The connections Alise and the Castinetti Group has with such great mortgage loan officers from Citizens (like Tania Thomas) and attorney Deb Thompson also made the entire closing process extremely smooth. We are now 6 months in to living in our first home, and happier than ever. Thank you Alise for guiding us through this process so clearly, and for helping us find our first home!!

Alise made our home buying experience such a breeze. She understood we were on a time crunch and was punctual with everything. She has such a great response time and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. She had a great list of referrals for lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors that I barely had to do any of the work myself. I will recommend Alise to all my friends and family she is absolutely fantastic!!

From the beginning of our housing search Alise was attentive, understanding and helped us a lot to understand the house buying process. For new own owners there was a lot me and my husband had to learn but Alise was always there to help us. She always had our best interests in mind and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I cant wait to work with her again in the future. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family. Shes the bestest!
