Pulte is a national builder with big track record . This review is about the sales office I dealt directly with . Cant comment on pricing and value as this is set based on market and demand drives it . Nancie in the sales office is an absolute pleasure to work with . Knowledgeable and makes the process very smooth . Professional and courteous . Nancie arranged a meeting with construction supervisor who was able to explain the construction details despite a busy schedule . Keep this subdivision on top of your list if you are in market for a new build !!

Nancie is our sales contact and she is very helpful through out the process. Their main goal is to help the buyer with flexible options and give a good quality home. I thoroughly enjoyed through out the process of signing contract and selection of options. She is such a pleasant person and always supports buyers at every step and aligns her team accordingly. Community is very good and close to T and has good lot sizes. Wellington model is very welcoming with modern open floor plan with high usability area. I highly recommend Pulte and working with Nancie.
