The Weiss Team is the best! There are lots of great brokers with experience out there, but few also have their eye for details in construction and design, which distinguishes them from the rest. When you work with them, they bring their years of personal experience flipping their own properties that gives their clients an edge, whether it is to sell or buy a home. They helped us to prepare our house for sale and gave us solid advice on pricing strategy, that quickly sold our home for above asking. Then less than a year later, their skills were invaluable in helping us to find a new home in this incredibly competitive and tight market. They listened to our needs and helped us to evaluate and envision each propertys potential until we found the one. The icing on the cake was getting the assessors valuation of our new home- above the purchase price! We enjoyed working with and highly recommend Beth & Steve Weiss-The Weiss Team.

We were so lucky to work with Steve & Beth. They are fantastic! This was our second time using them, first back in 2014 when we were new home buyers. This time around, we were looking when the market shifted and both Beth and Steve were so patient with us and listened to all of our needs & wants in a home. 2 years later, we found our dream home which was ALL because of the two of them. Cant say enough good things about them. We are happy to call Beth & Steve friends after this process! The best team around!!!

Recently, my siblings and I found ourselves looking for a real estate agent to help us sell a two-family home in Norwood. A friend recommended the Weiss Teamand I am so glad she did! As my siblings and I were not local, the Weiss Team viewed the property with a friend. They came back to me with a list of things that needed to be done in order to sell the property. We had an in-depth discussion of the cost/benefit of these and other potential repairs and improvements. Together, we made a plan for all that would be done. Being out of state made finding and coordinating with contractors difficult. Steve and Beth not only met with the contractors on my behalf, but also provided several suggestions from their list of resources. The Weiss Team explained the comparable properties and the current market. They suggested a price to put the property on the market. An open house garnered multiple offers. We discussed the merits and risks of each of the offers, deciding to accept the one which had the best price and terms for our family. From there, the Weiss Team managed the process dealing with inspections and paperwork. The transaction was smooth and virtually painless.
