Chad was recommended to my by a family member. He helped them get their home financed in what was an emergency situation. After deciding that rent prices were overly high in my area I reached out to chad for information, he let me know that I could purchase a home although I did not believe so at the time. He took me through the steps needed in order to get my credit where it needed to be to purchase a home. At the end of the day he was able to prequalify me for a home. I ultimately decided to relocate to an area that Chad wasn't licensed in and he got me in touch with someone else who helped me out. I am eternally grateful because I wouldn't have been in any position to purchase a home without his guidance. He's professional, I never had to wait for a response to him and he made my wife and I feel like his number 1 priority.
