    My mother in law just lost her brother and is emotional over her loss. She received beautiful flowers yesterday and the woman who delivered them to her had tears in her eyes and gave her a warm hug. What a special woman to show such compassion.

    Read below response to her comment: We are deeply disappointed in this florists unprofessionalism. My sister in law had to postpone her wedding the day before because her husband had COVID. All of the vendors were willing to work with us to reschedule it. She called Rosehill and they said they could work with them. What they did was to keep 2,500 of the 3,000 they charged for the flowers and said that they donated the flowers. They never called to ask if she wanted the flowers. We dont even know who they were donated to. We couldve donated it to our church. How is it possible that you decide to donate flowers that were paid for without even telling the customer where they went to and never given the option to pick up the flowers. I would never recommend them. Where were the flowers donated to. Id love to call and find out if indeed, they donated the flowers. We paid for a product we never received. One would think that keeping a clients money when they did not deliver a product would be considered fraud or stealing. *Response to Owner: The florist should have had a very honest conversation with her client. A professional would have known how to communicate a sensitive issue with her client. Need I tell you how to conduct your business? From the start, you should have given her options. Obviously, flowers are perishable. No kidding. Poor communication on your part. Had it been my client, I would have said Im so sorry about what happened, and I know how awful you must feel. The flowers arrangements are done and I cannot take them back. I am sorry but I cannot reimburse you. Do you still want them? You can pick them up or perhaps I can donate them. Your response to this review was inappropriate and pathetic.
