I have almost loved every NP I have ever seen. The current NP Im seeing, Alexandra, is nothing short of an answer to my every hope I could have for seeking treatment and being heard as a patient. Theres one receptionist in particular that I ALWAYS have so many problems with that on more than one occasion this woman has randomly switched my appointments with nothing more than a 24 hour notice and then tries to scapegoat me like its my fault that I dont know she switched my appointment. The most recent issue (today) was her gatekeeping my NP and almost denying me a telehealth visit with her because I saw Alexandra a couple days ago for a condition that is getting increasingly worse with every passing day. Alexandra specifically asked me to reach out if it gets worse. This woman acted like she knew better than to give me time with my NP and even after I asked to speak to a different receptionist she continued to try to argue with me also denying me even that small respect. Now Im left wondering if Im even gonna get a call from the nurse she told me would call me. Im so fed up with this one receptionist Im literally ready to switch offices after being with this one for 7 years. So sad because I love Alexandra so much. But whats the point if every time I need to be seen theres a run around game thats disruptive to my life and also could be extremely detrimental to my health?I cant believe I just had to basically beg to speak with my doctor.
