    The desk clerk was friendly, unlike the night desk clerk. We didn't have a good 3 days. The toilet bowel clogged, so we called the clerk. The clerk said she would send maintenance, but they never came. The second day, we woke up to a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. We couldn't use the bathroom, so we called the clerk again, Gabby. Gabby asked another female clerk if she called maintenance . The other clerk told her she thought the shower was clogged, but maintenance said it could wait. Gabby immediately gave us another room for our last day, and many apologies for what happened. Gabby offered us a free night when we stayed 3 nights in the future. I definitely will not book another 3 days as long as the other clerk is behind the desk. Gabby made an effort & tried to fix the mis hap, but I think maintenance was part of the problem also. We had to smell feces overnight and morning. I never said the tub was clogged. I told the clerk the night before that the toilet was clogged with feces and wouldn't go down. My partner has kidney problems, so he had to keep urinating on the feces & paper remains. It was my feces that clogged the bowl, but the flushing pressure was absent, so it didn't go down. I am sure that room has poor pressure for flushing til this day. The second room had great pressure, and the couch was more comfortable, firm like new. Sorry for the bad review, but you need to re-evalute your employees and maintain all rooms for me to come back. Thank you, Gabby, for the other room, or I would never even think about a future stay. I gave these 3 stars because of the lack of concern from desk employee's & poor maintenance. They should have given me a 2 day refund, but a clerk can only do so much. I hope this review helps others. If you have the same problem, then demand your money back because you worked hard for it.

    Very nice place Melissa and Betty are very respectful and caring about the guests that stay at their location. Stayed three nights and didn't have any issues except with the laundry room not properly drying but everything else was great. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a quaint place for lodging. Rooms: The rooms are amazing we stayed in RM. 110 and although the pillows were a little flat, it was very peaceful, I love that they have a clock radio in the room . TV kept acting up but Melissa was very understanding and helpful to fix the issue. Safety: Melissa and Betty were very attentive with the safety during our visit. They helped me carry my breakfast tray to my room because I have tremors in my left arm. They also were very attentive to my mother who has cancer and is blind and wheelchair bound making sure she had everything she needs. Food & drinks: OMG Betty lays out an amazing spread of yummies for breakfast everyday we stayed at the hotel. I love that they have passion fruit juice and the veggie omelette was surprisingly delicious and I really don't like omelettes. The 24/7 coffee in the lobby became my friend because I am a caffeine fiend!
