I've had car insurance through Sylvia for 10 years and they were always good. I've never had an accident that was my fault and the cost has gone down every year. But this year it increased so I called to ask why and the woman I spoke to said there was "no reason for it" and laughed at me, literally laughed at me. I repeated my question and her only response was "it just did". Not offering to find out why or apologetic, just a complete lack of professionalism and respect. I will sadly have to look elsewhere because I can't support a company that acts this disrespectfully to its clients.

I have been a customer at Sylvia Group for over 7 years and every year when its time for renewal I feel like a brand new customer again as they are continually looking for better rates or additional necessary coverage for me based on the prior years life changes. Now if the cable company could only take a page out of Sylvia's play book!! :)

Shes very attentive to her clients needs and addresses each of them in a professional, timely and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the services we receive!
