I bought a car from them and within 5 minutes of leaving the store the ignition light came on on the dashboard, I called the seller at the same time and was told that nothing could be done because the car had no warranty... (Detail: he told me that only the airbag was on and that it would pass the inspection with ease), the salesman told me to go to the store's workshop, where I would only be charged the cost of an additive that would be placed in the engine oil to resolve the problem. ... they sold me 2 and I would only need one of this product, and then I looked up the price at AutoZone and I got double the price it was sold for... It was a novel for me to be able to get this car to pass the inspection without counting the countless other problems I had after paying and closing the deal.... I don't recommend it. Replying to the owner's response: It was a 2011 Ford escape, reinforcing the issue: the car was sold as if only the airbag light was on and that it would not be a problem to pass the inspection, the complaint here is not about the condition of the car, but rather what was done by you to turn off the ignition light (which did not pass the inspection) that turned on after 5 minutes leaving the store... and the trickery of charging me double the price for the product to solve the makeup that you did to sell a car that DID NOT pass the inspection inspection, as the seller Gabriel assured, and the total disregard in resolving the problem that I had to go out of my way to solve and you still wanted to win with an inflated solution on me and which, on top of that, didn't solve the problem!

I'm making my first purchase in this store, when it comes to selling the cars they are very good, excellent, and then the job ends up worse, they don't give me satisfaction, they don't respond, I've been waiting for like 1 month
