Suppa's Pizza & Subs

Ordered a couple of subs before going into work. Got a Italian sub with everything on it and hots. Open it up and there was completely no meat. Just a lettuce, tomato, onion mayo sandwich. I guess a great option if you are a vegetarian. Have ordered many times from here with never a issue. But now really debating if I will order again. I understand alot of people don't want to work anymore but why hold on to workers that are incompetent. You would be better off closing than making angry customers.

I ordered a chicken cutlet club and unfortunately almost all of the bacon was rubbery, fatty and looked left over.

Have ordered calzones/pizza here 4 to 5 times per year. I Always pickup. I usually end up waiting beyond the time they tell me to come. On my last visit I waited 30 minutes past the time they told me to pick up my order. The workers were pleasant when I picked up the order and while I was waiting. We called in the order.We asked for a bbq chicken calzone. They said it wasn't on the menu but the person on the phone asked someone in the background if they could make it and after they discussed it with each other they said they would. The calzone we received was inedible. It was a shredded meat and not what we ordered or expected. It was like a canned shredded tuna except chicken. It was mixed with BBQ sauce, cold and putrid. When I called and spoke to the manager to ask them if I could return it and get a replacement they said they don't do that. To many customers tried to cheat them to do that. Very disappointed that the manager doesn't understand customer service. A good response to a poor service experience can make a loyal customer. A poor response to a poor customer experience creates a customer willing to tell a hundred people how bad they are.

Ordered chicken caesar salad. Chicken was very dry and uneatable. Then ordered a tuna melt panini that wasn't very good. Not a good experience. Wont be back! If I could I would rate zero stars. Not Suppa!
