        Been a patient at this practice for 20+ years. Loved my Dr. but he left. I was assigned to another Dr. but before I was able to get an annual and meet her, she left. 3 days ago it was discovered that my BP was extremely high (dentist took BP before administering anesthesia). It was after hours for the practice so I went to an urgent care for immediate assistance but was told to call the office of my PCP for a follow up BP check and control plan. This is a serious issue and all this office could tell me is they were completely booked and could/would not accommodate me. In frustration (and fear), since I didn't have a current PCP, I called another practice and was able to register as a new patient, got a new PCP and will have not only a BP check but an annual physical within 2 days. This practice has gone so far downhill since Lahey/Beth Israel took over.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!!

        Dr. Sue ige takes everything I say so seriously and doesn't underestimate any complaint or concern I have. She is an amazing professional. I am blessed to have such a wonderful person taking care of me.

        After being switched over to another PCP at this practice, (our previous PCP of more than 20 years retired) my 84 year old husband, who has been on opioid type pain meds for at least 15 years, with regular urine tests and one month prescriptions under MA law, is being told that he needs further urine tests that take up to 10 days to get results. He is suffering terribly with pain and now depression. With one click of a key this doctor has destroyed his quality of life. After all these years with Insurance approval and doctor's compassionate care and prescription, my husband has been reduced to a name that is entitled to no compassion or common sense medical care. We have registered at another Lahey office, but that doesn't help his current situation. Beware of this facility.
