We had Rick do an install of a quartz countertop. He recommended we look at quartz from Wilson Art. Once purchased he measured the space, and walked us through the different types of edges we wanted. He installed on the date promised and followed up with additional services to insure the counter met our expectations. We always got a call back by email or by phone and we highly recommend Bella Surfaces.

Bella Surfaces (Rick and Lysha) are incredible and we highly recommend them. Our kitchen was in need of a facelift, and we were in the market to buy new countertops. A friend told us to call Bella Surfaces as they used Rick/Lysha to install counters at our friends house (btw, they have a beautiful kitchen and counters). I am glad we connected as Bella Surfaces as they made it easy to upgrade our countertops.
We searched for the right stone at CBS in Winchester, then Bella Surfaces was a one stop shop they priced out the job, took their own measurements, fabricated the counters, took out our old counters, delivered our new ones and completed installation. They didnt sub out the work for someone else to do meaning nothing was lost in translation.
Rick took pride in his work and explained the process throughout while Lysha was highly communicative and responsive. The job only took a few hours (at our house) meaning it was well planned and well executed. We thought they did such a great job that we hired them for another house as well.

Rick was excellent! Bella surfaces took great care of us.
Rick walked both my wife and I through the entire process. I visited 4 different countertop companies in the Billerica area and selected Bella based on pricing and customer interface.
Bonus: Prompt email responses from Lysha were great!

I shopped around for about a month before making my decision. It was based on not only price but their installation timeframe, as well as their communication through the estimate process. Bella Surfaces hit the mark on every criteria! Their estimates were quick and through and laid out their timeframe for installation. They communicated with me through the whole process. The prices I received and the reasons behind them ranged from under 2k to over $4k. These companies are crazy as consumers are very educated these days! I decided on Rick and it was the best decision. The granite came out perfect, arrived on time, and Rick and his staff were wonderful! I've done the work for you! Go to Rick and Bella Surfaces! You won't be disappointed!

I have worked with Bella for years and can't say enough about them!! I am a local kitchen designer and Bella has handled my client's jobs as well as my own personal kitchen. My clients really like them and a few are very specific that they want Rick to do all there jobs. Rick is very picky and pays close attention to even the littlest details. Because he does the template, fabrication and installs there is no information lost in translation between those 3 processes. Most shops have a crew that does the template, another that fabricates the actual pieces and a third crew that installs them. I have found over the years this is where most of the errors occur.
As in life, things do come up and Rick handles them quickly and professionally. If he made an error her corrects it and if the error is someone else's he is always the first to jump in and help solve the problem! This is a huge asset to me with multiple jobs going on I need someone I can trust to be honest and efficient.
The quality of his work is one of the best I have seen. Rick is passionate about his work and it shows, especially in the final product!
