        Great experience from the free consultation with John , to the day of installation. Roberto who installed the tub and shower was friendly and professional. The same goes for Aaron the plumber. Both demonstrated excellent workmanship. Strongly recommend if you are planning to replace your bath/shower!

        Contacted Bath Fitter and they scheduled an appointment very quickly. John L., the Bath Fitter representative, thoroughly explained the product and installation in an easily understandable manner. The installation occurred about two weeks later. Our installer was Curtis who appeared on time and did a wonderful job. We are very satisfied with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Bath Fitter Billerica to any potential customers. Thank you John and Curtis. Neil & Diane Lapierre
