Nathan was great, very helpful, patient. We can in to get some adjustments done to my glasses and I have never seen anyone take the time and care he did to make sure it was comfortable for me!

Dee, Laura, and Nate were so, so helpful when I went in for an exam and to have my lenses fixed. I was helped in a timely manner, with such genuine care! Laura was the one who ran my insurance and explained the charges to me, she was very personable and I feel like I had an authentic and transparent conversation with her. Nate made my glasses for me literally in the shop in the mall within like 20 minutes of me having my prescription written! AND he fixed my old glasses that I had broken while he was on his way to get his lunch. The team seems like they have a great rapport and work well together. They also helped my boyfriend who was scheduled for his exam after mine, and multiple other people with the same kindness and attention at the same time they did all of this for me. In my opinion, it speaks volumes that I am leaving this review 3 weeks later and I still remember everyone by name and exactly why they made me feel as cared for as I did! 10/10 will recommend to anyone! **Also worth mentioning that I saw a virtual provider in the office, which would turn a lot of people off. However, Dee called me days before my appointment and informed me that both me and my boyfriend would be seeing the virtual providers, and her presentation and demeanor over the phone and also in person made me feel comfortable doing so! We appreciate having such an experience here because it's not often to have experiences like this in the medical field. Thankful for people like them!
