ACE Solar

I interviewed a lot of companies to put solar panels on my home in the Cape. I went with Ace because of a referral, their quote was competitive, they we able to coordinate roof replacement and electrical work that needed to be done. It was not a straightforward job for many reasons, and there were complications. However, Ace was very professional, took responsibility for an issue and rectified it, they were good to deal with, and the work got done. Special shout out to Deano in sales who held my hand through the process and was always available. All considered, I am very glad I chose Ace and highly recommend this company

I interviewed five companies before choosing ACE Solar. They not only had the most competitive price, but they were also terrific to work with and very responsive to all inquiries. I worked with Ian, who always took my calls, answered questions, and helped out with any concern. My panels are in place and working, and ACE made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering going solar.

Terrible service,. promise satisfied work but never contact you since then. no one answers your call, even you leave voice messages , no any response. You have to walk-in their office in north andover, no push no work. Any questions, never call you back. Every time you have to call general managers cell phone instead of calling service manager. Hope my experience helps you to find a reliable solar company but not waste time and money. Frustrated.

We recently worked with ACE Solar to install 30 panels on our home in Andover. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Frank Barbaro to guide us through system design and keeping us updated throughout the permitting and installation process! Highly recommend!

My sales rep Sam, responded to my initial inquiry that very same day. Sam delivered a proposal to me in 2 days. Sam was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and took me through the Ace Solar 6 stage process. Shirley, customer care rep, handled all the permitting, ordering, delivery and installation schedule. From the time I placed my order to the time my panels were installed was 10 weeks. Shane and his installation team arrived on site right on time and had my 4 array solar system installed in 1 1/2 days. Mike, the electrician, hung around for 3 hours waiting for the town inspector to arrive to get everything signed off. I use the Ace Solar app everyday to monitor my system and see how much energy I am producing. Ace provided me with all the necessary documentation to apply for the state and federal tax rebates. Overall my experience with Ace was exceptional and would highly recommend them for your solar project
