I cannot say enough good things about our experience with NHOMS. From start to finish, they were wonderful with my 8yo. Very kid friendly and everyone is personable, but also very skilled. They did a fantastic job distracting my son during the IV placement & numbed the area before and started some laughing gas. Dr. El-Dunsi put us right at ease with his friendly manner. Ilva and Jennifer were wonderful as well; very personable and skilled. Front desk, Christina was cheerful and efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with children. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. El-Ounsi, his surgical assistants Ilva and Kyle, and the front desk administrators Priscilla and Christina were all kind and thorough about procedures and the surgery was quick. We were hoping to get the surgery done quickly because of my daughters jaw pain, and we were able to have a date set for it much quicker than if we had settled for any of the another oral surgery offices we called, which we wouldve had to wait at least a month for. The doctor and assistants were very friendly, and we are very grateful for them and their hard work.

I was referred to NHOMS by my dentist for an extraction. I was leaving the next day on business and was anxious about the procedure. A couple hours later I'm sitting in the chair at NHOMS in N. Andover. They were amazing! Dr. Kim put me at ease explaining what he was doing and it was a painless experience. Extremely efficient and professional. I can't praise Tiffany, the surgical assistant, highly enough. From the moment she greeted me in the waiting room until I was done and left, she was so friendly and helpful and delightfully chatty. Seriously, I feel like I made a friend! An amazing office and I'd go to them anytime with complete confidence. As soon as I get home I will buy a bag of candy and start working on my next visit!

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. El-Ounsi assisted by Kiley and Coral. All the anxiety we felt going in quickly disappeared with the comforting and confident words of Kiley. She made both my daughter and myself feel completely relaxed and I believe I was more nervous than my daughter. We left one hour after our arrival with my daughter in zero pain and with a cool new t-shirt. Coral and Kiley had gone over all the after care instructions with us and answered questions. Dr. El-Ounsi came back in to answer any questions we had about how the surgery went and to say goodbye. The experience we had was so positive I felt compelled to write a review which I have never taken the time to do before. I am so impressed with everyone at NHOMS.
