We had the opportunity to work with Lucas Fernandes, ESQ, to create a Family Wealth Trust. He was extremely patient and knowledgable in explaining and educating us on all the various pieces and parts of such a trust. These people got us organized and prepared to deal with legal issues we may encounter in the future. They ask questions and listen to what we say to have our plan specific to our families needs. My husband had to be dragged in to do estate planning, and he is even happier than I am. So many worries that we in the back of our minds are settled. We couldnt be happier.

This Law firm specializes in trusts, went in for a consultation to talk to Dan, i must say this is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy lawyer i have ever met. The gentleman actually told me that he could't sleep at night if he told me that i needed to have a trust done. i don't know of how many lawyers would tell someone after spending with them 45 minutes on a free consultation that they don't need to pay money.
