        I have been a customer with Northeast Landscape for almost 20 years. I missed the deadline by 1 day to get the prepay discount and they told me sorry it's expired. When I explained that I was going to look for another landscaping company, they didn't care. If this is how they treat a longstanding customer-I'd rather find another company who appreciates the business. Not at all impressed with their customer service.

Super friendly crew that is knowledgeable and meticulous about their work. They take care of everything for us: lawn, irrigation, design ideas, new plantings, patio install, even mosquitos and ticks. Our home is beautiful and comfortable thanks to NELC.         We used this company for our spring cleanup and mulching, and we were very happy with the results this year. The team who did our cleanup and edged the beds did a superb job, and the mulch the company used this year was much nicer than last year--nice dark brown, woodsy and looks great. This place is super professional and responsive and all this was done exactly when we wanted it done, by April 17! Just ask for what you want, and they will do it. Service: Mulching

        We were very pleased with Northeast Landscape Contractors. They sent out a very knowledgeable estimator who emailed a proposal/quote for all the work we needed done. A supervisor called in advance to discuss a schedule with us, the crew arrived on time and everyone on our property was very professional, accommodating and polite whenever we had a comment or question while they were working.       We sincerely appreciate and thank you for being a Northeast Landscape customer for many years. As one of the largest quality landscape contractors in the area, we start planning for the upcoming season months in advance. Over the course of six weeks prior­ to the season’s start, we send out contracts to our returning customers and offer an opportunity to receive a 5% discount when prepaying for the season in full by check. The valid by date of this offer is clearly stated in the email and we send multiple reminder emails as the date approaches so our clients can take advantage of this offer. This policy has been unchanged for years.It is so important to a well-run business like ours which serves hundreds of customers to be able to project its beginning season revenues and costs. We also make commitments to our suppliers and vendors early to take advantage of available discounts. This approach also helps to keep increases to our customers to a minimum.Again, we do appreciate your years of loyalty to Northeast Landscape Contractors and wish you all the best.
