I am a big fan of Giard & Son Plumbing and Heating. I had a leak in my heating boilor and was about to leave for a short vacation. A neighbor referred me to Giard Plumbing, so I called and spoke to Ally. She arranged for Vic, one of the plumbers to come out the same day. I texted Ally pictures of the boiler and the location of the leak. She forwarded these pictures to Vic, the plumber, and he then went out and purchased all the necessary parts to repair the problem before the appointment. Vic remedied the leak in one visit, in a little over one hour. He was pleasant, very efficient and very honest. He only did what was necessary. The price was reasonable as well. I recommend this company whole heartedly.

Saved me the day before Christmas! These guys really stepped up and helped me out in a crunch. A burst hot water heater right before Christmas was a nightmare. Family was coming and water was leaking everywhere! The owner came right away and controlled the leak to prevent further damage from the water in my basement. Soon after they had a team out here to get the water heater replaced. They corrected some code violations as well from the last installer (I didnt live here then) and are coming back to bring the exterior piping up to code as well. The plumbers were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely! I would recommend them highly. Thank you!

This was the five star experience from Ali in customer service to Mike the technician. They were very punctual, informative, professional, and courteous. They came out to repair a toilet and discovered an issue with a backwater valve. Both problems were taken care of very efficiently. I have been a customer for about 30 years and have always had excellent service. I highly recommend Giard Plumbing. Service: Toilet repair
