We've used Elite Drains twice so far and are very pleased with the service. Last year, Elite helped us by cleaning out our basement sewer ejection pump. The pump was installed years before we bought our home and we knew we were looking at having to replace it when it became clogged and stopped working. Instead of trying to sell us a new pump, Danny cleaned it all out and advised us to see if we can get more life from it before spending the money on a replacement. It lasted just about a whole year more. This time, it really did need to be replaced and he rearranged his schedule to come the same morning I called and our bill came in on the low-end of his estimate (which was reasonable to begin with). Danny, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable, explains everything well, and goes above and beyond for his customers. TJM Plumbing originally recommended Danny to us and it turned out to be a great recommendation. Thanks so much!
