        Well, we were asked to send in pictures of our deck to get an estimate and were told they will get back to us. Perhaps they were busy, but we were hoping they would at least got back to us after receiving our pictures. Basically, we were left hanging. In my opinion, that's very unprofessional.

        They did a great job with our deck and kept me informed about times and costs, etc. The team was professional and very hard-working. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

        Customer service is extremely lacking. It was hard to get anyone to answer questions after payment was made. Work quality also had issues and team could care less. Overall I would look elsewhere for better service for the money. I would also recommend viewing reviews on Yelp.
