        Went to inquire about opening account and the woman I spoke with was ostensibly intoxicated and confused. It was incredibly uncomfortable, will not be back.

        This is a new Chase Bank branch. Staff are engaging and are out for your business. Not in a bad way. They have the best ATM machines in town.

        Manager would not allow me to deposit funds from my card. Said she "was not about to put her job on the line". Strange and rude thing to say. Told her I was able to do it Vegas and L.A. many times. I went to the Salem NH branch and they did it without any conversation in under 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and frankly stupid. Do not go to this branch. Hopefully she'll either get better at her job or her "job on the line" is given to someone who is actually willing to do it.
