        Carla hasnt taken any of my sisters complaints seriously. We reported water coming into the apartment two weeks ago and nothing was done. We have roaches in the building, it took a couple days to spray and lay down traps, no other place was provided. The roaches are definitely investing the entire building, never in my life have I delt with something like this. Carla likes to pretend to listen you and do absolutely nothing about your needs even when you make a request. The lack of concern for cockroaches in the building is very concerning. If theres one theres 100! The second picture is the water seeping in from the unit above and no plan has been made to take care of it yet.
