Regretfully, I have to give North Eastern Tree Services a poor review. An arborist did come out and provided an estimate. My husband and I decided to go ahead with the work using this company. Over a month has passed and no call from the arborist to schedule a date, week or even the month this work could be done. I have documented 5 calls to the office over that time frame trying to have an arborist call me back. Each time I explained to the office employee the situation and that all I really wanted was a call back from SOMEONE. I was told this was elevated to a supervisor, at one point that the arborist was on vacation and that the messages have been passed along. Well all of my follow up fell on deaf ears as I have NEVER gotten a call back from anyone at the company. My 6th phone call was to cancel the work order and even after losing my business did not prompt a call back with any inquiry or apology. The most serious complaint is the absolute lack of communication, just awful or more accurate, nonexistent.

They came 2 months after they said they would, then never finished the job. Don't pay until the job is done.
