        I ordered a new lawn with new loam. This poor quality loam was filled with lots and lots of pea stones, glass and plastic bits. The grass will not grow on these stones as there many areas throughout the lawn without grass. This new lawn was far worse than before and was very expensive. I do not recommend Ten Four for a new lawn.
