The problem is that this group creates incredible amounts of noise pollution for their own neighbors starting 3-4pm and often continuing till 7-8pm sometimes later. Blowers, weed whakers, and always idling their oversized trucks. The pre-teen children doing alot of the work dont pay much attention and are prone to blowing leaves/dirt to their neighbors yards. In an area with incredible noise pollution already Pineda would do well to learn and respect appropriate hours and respect his neighbors

The issue with this group is they make so so so much noise pollution in the area they live that they need to stop and reevaluate how they treat their community. The noise is often continuous until 7-8pm and often the dust/dirt/leaves they blow goes into their neighbors houses totally ruining the work they did to get rid of the mess in the first place. One issue seems that he uses his young kids to do work, pre-teens. They just don't have any attention to detail. Learn to be a friendly neighbor please.

Victor has been working on our house for the past year and he and his team do a great job. Our lawn took a beating with the drought this past summer and Victor worked his magic and it looks amazing today.
