Been here for over 20 years and it's gone downhill. Have had a problem w/ a mouse for a month now and all they do is cancel with the pest control co that they "are an approved vendor". I clean up droppings every day and it doesn't sound like they care about doing anything about it. Cleaning up droppings every day is totally disgusting.

Princeton Properties has been a pleasure since theyve taken over from the most recent management company (Cushman and Wakefield, which were horrible). Ive been at Newton Garden formerly Albemarle Gardens for 18 years and it feels like the original company that owned it where they actually respond to you in a timely matter and address things promptly.

As a long time resident at Albemarle Gardens, I am pleased to have Princeton Properties managing Newton Gardens (new name) after changed ownership.
Princeton Properties has been working very hard to return this place in order after a year of lousy management.
The management team, Sheri, Mahaela and Jill are very friendly and helpful to attend any apartment needs. The maintenance staff, Joe did a nice job on re-grouting my bathroom tiles, almost like new.
Keep up your good work, hope
Newton Gardens is always a wonderful place for residents to call it home !
