        Once again I have taken one of my three vehicles to Sullivan Tire in West Newton, MA. and once again I have been treated with the utmost Professionalism by Mike during my initial call, during the call when he reported to me what the problem(s) were with the tires. When I picked up my vehicle everything that Mike and I discussed over the phone was again told me what was done and completed in a timely manner.
