        We work with towing companies across the country, and this is by far the worst. We were paying these guys over $3,000 to take a shuttle bus from Boston to Baltimore and they canceled on site because they wouldn't sit for 15 minutes and wait to load....unreal

        They tow cars and collect cash all night and claim they dont have change. Hassle you when you show up right away to pay to pick up your car. They dont want to help they enjoy hassling people

        Absolutely the worst towing company in the area. They towed my vehicle for a trespass tow from a property even though my building approved it on a guest pass. They claimed the building called them after midnight but no one is here at that time of night to do so. They also refused to return the car until they got the approval from the building. Im really hoping they damaged it. Im also filing a complaint with the Department of Public Utilities.
