When I made the move to BHHS, I had been in the business nearly a decade but I knew I needed more. I was introduced to Paula and she showed me how I could improve my skills and has been a wealth of information for me since joining BHHS. I have been able to produce more work during a pandemic than I have in a long time and I really feel it's because of her coaching style and honesty. Paula is a straight shooter and I appreciate that in a leader. The classes they offer are wonderful for the newly licensed agent, and always a great refresher for the seasoned agent as well. Paula will often question what agents want to learn and then have a nice class on the material, it's really helped me improve my skills substantially.
